Province offers to pay for groundbreaking M.S. research

The Saskatchewan government says it is prepared to fund human trials of the so-called 'Liberation Treatment'.
The treatment was developed by an Italian doctor who believes multiple sclerosis can be treated by widening veins in the neck. The procedure is not yet available in Canada. The M.S. Society believes more research is needed. But dozens of Canadian M.S. patients who have traveled overseas to try it, claim it has changed their lives.
